Selection of homestay accommodation

Carefully selected homestay accommodation is an established feature of all our programmes. Thanks to our careful selection, administration and supervision of our homestay accommodation, we ensure that you are comfortable and well looked after during your course.  All homestay accommodation registered with Anglo-Continental is checked at regular intervals to ensure that it remains at a high standard.

Anglo-Continental homestay accommodation is walking distance or a short bus journey from the school.  The average journey time is 30 minutes but can be up to 50 minutes.  Click here for bus prices.

18+ Standard homestay – single room / 16-17 year olds – Standard homestay – twin room including under 18s supplement 2025 (pounds sterling)

First week: £ 270

Each additional week: £ 200

High Season Supplement from 15 June to 2 August – per week: £ 50

Christmas Accommodation Supplement (20 December 2025 – 4 January 2026): £ 70 per week.

Accommodation fees valid from 1 January to 31 December, 2025. The fees for the following year are normally published in July/August.

18+ Standard homestay – single room / 16-17 year olds – Standard homestay – twin room including under 18s supplement 2024 (pounds sterling)

First week: £ 250

Each additional week: £ 180

High Season Supplement from 16 June to 3 August – per week: £ 50

Cashless lunch card – per week: £ 50

Christmas Accommodation Supplement (21 December 2024 – 5 January 2025): £ 70 per week.

Accommodation fees valid from 1 January to 31 December, 2024. The fees for the following year are normally published in July/August.

Accommodation Fees include:

  • 18+ single room from the Sunday before course commencement to the Sunday after its completion.
  • 16-17 year olds are accommodated in twin rooms.  An under 18 supplement is included in this accommodation fee.
  • Shared shower or bathroom and toilet facilities.
  • A light laundry service will be provided.  i.e. One load of washing per week.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Breakfast and evening meal Monday to Friday; breakfast, a light lunch and evening meal on Saturday and Sunday (Lunch from Monday to Friday may be purchased in the Student Centre at the school).
  • Bed linen and towels are provided weekly.
  • A supply of duvets and blankets are available.

Standard homestay 18+ with private bathroom – single room 2025 (pounds sterling) 

First week: £ 325

Each Additional week: £ 255

Available for students aged 18+ attending the Executive Programme and subject to availability for Business and Specialised, Professional Training, Aviation and Club 50+ Programmes.

Executive 18+ homestay single room 2025 (pounds sterling)

  • A spacious, comfortably furnished bedroom from the Sunday before course commencement to the Sunday after its completion.
  • Exclusive use of a shower or bathroom and toilet facilities.
  • Breakfast and evening meal on Monday to Friday; breakfast, a light lunch and evening meal on Saturday and Sunday. Lunch from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with a teach.
  • Bed linen and towels are provided weekly.
  • A supply of duvets and blankets are available.
  • Light laundry -once per week.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Our executive hosts provide an enhanced standard of hospitality and comfort.

Vacation Course – V-1.20 (January to May 2025)

First 2 weeks: £ 660

Each additional week: £ 295

Single room supplement (per week): £ 30

5 lunches Monday to Friday – per week: Included

Vacation (Course V-1.20) Accommodation Fees include:

  • A twin room from the Sunday before course commencement to the Sunday after its completion.
  • Shared shower or bathroom and toilet facilities.
  • A light laundry service will be provided.   i.e. One load of washing per week.
  • Bed linen and towels are provided and changed at least once every week.  A supply of duvets and blankets will also be available.
  • Welfare and Medical assistance.
  • Wi-Fi.

Meals

  • Monday to Friday – Breakfast, lunch and evening meal (lunch from Monday to Friday is included in the accommodation fees and taken at the centre)
  • Saturday – breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal
  • Sunday – breakfast, a light lunch and evening meal
  • Students on Course V-1.20 who do not have homestay accommodation are required to pay  £ 50 per week for meals provided by the Centre

Vacation Course – V-2.20/V-4.30 (June, July and August 2025)

First 2 weeks: £ 670

Each additional week: £ 300

Meals

  • Monday to Friday – Breakfast and evening meal.
  • Students on Course V-2.20/V-4.30 have lunch included, from Monday to Friday, at the school.  Please advise us at the time of booking if your son/daughter wishes to make his/her own lunch arrangements Monday – Friday and we will deduct £ 50 per week from the accommodation fee.
  • Saturday – breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal
  • Sunday – breakfast, a light lunch and evening meal

  • Welfare and Medical assistance.
  • Student care and security.
  • Wi-Fi.

Meals C-1.20 

  • Breakfast, lunch and evening meal, 7 days per week (lunch from Monday to Friday is taken at the centre).
  • Students on Course C-1.20 who do not have homestay accommodation are required to pay  £50 per week for meals and supervision.

Supervised door-to-door car service 6 return journeys per week. (Monday to Saturday) from homestay accommodation to the course centre.

  • This service is compulsory and included in the accommodation fees for students aged 10-13 years old.
  • This service is available for students aged 14-16 years old for a supplement of £96 per week.

Meals C-2.20

  • Breakfast, lunch and evening meal, 7 days per week (lunch from Monday to Friday).
  • Students on Course C-2.20 who do not have homestay accommodation are required to pay £50 per week for meals and supervision.

Supervised door-to-door car service 6 return car journeys per week (Monday to Saturday) from homestay accommodation to the course centre.

  • This service is compulsory and included in the accommodation fees for students aged 10-13 years old.
  • This service is available for students aged 14-16 years old for a supplement of £96 per week.

HOTELS AND GUEST HOUSES IN BOURNEMOUTH

Prices start from £ 35 per night for bed and breakfast. Reservations made on behalf of students are subject to an administration charge per room of £ 25 or a 5% booking fee (whichever is higher).  For groups an administration charge per group of £ 100 or a 5% booking fee (whichever is higher).  Minimum age 18.
